The assembly of EC program-timers<\/strong> takes place on a semi-automatic continuous flow line<\/strong>.
It starts with the insertion of components in the modules and ends with the testing and certification of the finished product, ready for shipment.<\/p>

Automatic and manual assembly<\/h3>

The activities are a mix of individual automatic assembly stations<\/strong> and manual assemblies. The intermediate testing stations<\/strong> verify the production quality at the same time, before the product is finished.<\/p>

Tecnology<\/h3>

A high-technology rate<\/strong> ensures quality and efficiency<\/strong>. The transfer of sub-assemblies occurs through a conveyor belt based on a Flex-link system in the first phase and on handling by Bosch-type carrycots in the second part.<\/p>

Testing<\/h3>

The operators care for details and the precision of technology. The pre-assembled contacts system is fully tested<\/strong> and automatically loaded onto the ring (Bosch), forming the second part of the line. At the end of this, a piece of technological equipment performs functional testing of all program-timers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The production processes are designed and tested<\/strong> to offer the best results for any product. This process is based on a section for sub-assemblies preparation. Gear motor, clutch, contact modules converge on the final assembly line.<\/p>

Sub-assembly stations are semi-automatic with functional testing stations.

Advanced technology<\/h3>

Technology serves quality. The Phoenix El-Mec<\/strong> laboratory is equipped with specific equipment for acquiring cam profiles program for the certification of the switching sequence of contacts.
The angular switching value of the main cam and the switching times for the invertors are recorded.<\/p>

Test, reliability, quality<\/h3>

The reliability tests are carried out in furnaces at 85\u00b0C. Standard and specific measuring instruments such as microscopes, fixed gauges, and micrometers are used for the testing<\/strong> and for the components and products analysis<\/strong>.
