place on a <strong>semi-automatic continuous flow line<\/strong>.<br \/>It starts with the insertion of components in the modules and ends with the testing and certification of the finished product, ready for shipment.<\/p><h3>Automatic and manual assembly<\/h3><p>The activities are a mix of individual <strong>automatic assembly stations<\/strong> and manual assemblies. The <strong>intermediate testing stations<\/strong> verify the production quality at the same time, before the product is finished.<\/p><h3>Tecnology<\/h3><p>A <strong>high-technology rate<\/strong> ensures <strong>quality and efficiency<\/strong>. The transfer of sub-assemblies occurs through a conveyor belt based on a Flex-link system in the first phase and on handling by Bosch-type carrycots in the second part.<\/p><h3>Testing<\/h3><p>The operators care for details and the precision of technology. The pre-assembled contacts system is <strong>fully tested<\/strong> and automatically loaded onto the ring (Bosch), forming the second part of the line.
